Designed by Northern Booth Technology of Bellingham Massachusetts at a cost of $1.5 million, the 125,000 cubic ft (3,540 m3) facility can accommodate boats up to 90' (27.4m) and with a height of 35 ft is tall enough to fit the 84 ton Travelift. Once the doors are closed it is a completely controllable environment. Computerized modules manipulate the humidity, temperature and air pressure in order to provide optimal painting conditions and consistent flawless coverage.
